Kingdoms & Warfare is still in development and estimated to be delivered in Q2 2021. Once it's ready to send out, you'll receive a message through SendOwl to the email address you used to make your purchase with a link to download the file on their platform. At that point, you'll also be able to log into your MCDM Shop account and click on the order associated with your Kingdoms & Warfare preorder to recover the download link for your copy (in case you need to redownload it and no longer have the SendOwl email).
