If you don't want to read or search and just want to talk to a human, email us.
As long as your order hasn't been marked as shipped/fulfilled, you can log into your account, click on your order, and on the bottom right will be a link that says "UPDATE SHIPPING ADDRESS". Click that and you'll be taken to a page where you can enter the updated address. Once you save it your order page will update with that info.
If you don't have an MCDM Shop account, no worries! Locate your order confirmation email and there's a link inside that'll take you to your order status page. Click that link and underneath your shipping address is the same button.
If both of those above methods fail, you can email support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort you out.
Once a shipping label has been created for your order you'll receive an email with a tracking number from "email@example.com" (the sender name will be "MCDM"). The subject will be "Your order [order #] has been prepared!". (If you do not receive this email, check your spam filter)
Most US rewards will be shipped through UPS or USPS. We recommend that you set up shipping alerts once you've received your tracking number email, and even more strongly recommend signing up for one of the online tools below depending on which courier is going to be delivering it:
If you created an MCDM Shop account at checkout, you can log in and view your order history. Click on the link to the order with your PDF and on the order details page should be a link to download your file. If you didn't make an account, you can sign up for one using the email address you made your order with and it should automatically associate any previous orders with your account so they show up in your order history too.
Additionally a download link will be emailed to you via SendOwl, the 3rd party app we use to distribute digital files! :)
If you don't have any luck with these steps, click here to directly access the SendOwl order recovery page. Enter your email you used for your order and then click on "Resend Order Email". If there's an order tied to that email address, you'll get an email shortly with your download link! You can try out more than one email, so if you have multiple email addresses you might try putting some of those in as well.
Please check that your order has the correct shipping address (located in your email receipt or through your account's order history page). If the shipping address is incorrect, please respond with an updated shipping address so we can process sending out a replacement more quickly, and if you've been having trouble receiving packages in general, please provide an alternative shipping address that we can send your package to instead (such as work, a PO box, or a friend/family's home you can pick it up from).
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered by couriers when they unload them from their mail truck but haven't stopped by your place yet. We'd recommend waiting until the end of the day to see if it shows up, or to ask your neighbors if they might have received it by accident. If you live in an apartment complex, you should also call the front desk in case the package was dropped off at reception.
If you haven't received your package within 24 hours of it being marked as delivered, please also file a claim with the courier to let them know the package was never received or that it arrived damaged.

If you'd like to update or reset your password to your MCDM Shop account, you can do so from the login page (if you're logged in, you'll need to log out).
Once there, please click on the "Forgot your password?" link. This will prompt you to enter in your account's email address, and you should receive an email with a link to update your account's password shortly.
